PANTONE COLOURS USED ON OUR BRANDING AND DISPLAY UNITS
The colours you see on your monitor may appear slightly different to your final printed colours. This is due to your screen representing white reflective light (RGB – Red, Green & Blue). Printed colours consist of either Pantone References or CMYK process colours. (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black). It is therefore essential that the correct corporate colours be specified before printing. Providing Pantone references ensure the colours are printed as close as possible to your corporate colours.
WHAT IS DYE-SUBLIMATION PRINTING?
Dye-sublimation is a process in which an image is printed onto a special transfer paper using a water based, dye sublimation inks. The printed images are then transferred onto different fabrics using a heat press. The dye penetrates deep into the polyester fibres or polymer coating, creating a permanent image that will not wash out and cannot be detected by touch.
Dye-sublimation prints are highly sought after in the sports, workwear and promotional items sectors, as the printed image does not seal the fabric, so the fabric can still breath and allow moisture to evaporate.
